Final Round of Hurricane Debris Pickup!

This Begins Our Final Round of Hurricane Debris Pick-up!

Our contractor will start back today with Hurricane Matthew Debris Pick-up. This will be the final round and is expected to end on Feb. 24th. Edgecombe is a large County, and the affected areas are spread out. So to make sure we don't miss your debris on this final pass, you will need to have it out street-side or in the road right-of-way by this Friday, Feb 17th. Once the debris pick-up has ended, it will be the responsibility of the homeowner to remove storm related debris.

Be sure to refer to the diagram below for the proper way to place storm debris. Household trash nor tires will be picked up.

If you want to make sure your debris is picked up, especially if you live in areas where there is a low concentration of homes affected by the Hurricane, call Edgecombe Solid Waste to give your name and address at (252) 827-4253.
