As of July 1, 2017, the Availability Fee for each service offered (Water & Sewer), will increase from $25 to $30. If you have water services only, your monthly bill will increase by $5. If you have water and sewer services, your monthly bill will increase by $10.
This increase is necessary to keep pace with the increased costs related to operating our system. Our goal is to minimize the impact on our customers, which is why it is only an increase in the availability fee and not the rate.
