Edgecombe County Solid Waste Department Permit Policy

Residents are now required to show a permit to be able to use one of our solid waste convenience sites. County residents in the unincorporated areas, as well as those in the Town of Leggett, who have paid their annual solid waste fee, will receive permits. The purpose is to have a more efficient way to determine who is eligible to use the County’s convenience sites.
