NOTICE REGARDING THE SEPTEMBER 7, 2021 Edgecombe county board of commissioners meeting

The September 7, 2021 regular meeting of the Edgecombe County Board of Commissioners will be held in the Carmon Auditorium, located on the 1^st floor of the County Administration Building at 201 St. Andrew St., Tarboro, NC 27886. In light of the County’s State of Emergency regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic, this meeting will be limited to no more than 20 participants in person, not including staff and scheduled guests. Also, a face-covering is required to enter.

The public is also encouraged to listen to the meeting by calling 1-929-205-6099, entering 874-6186-9174 as the meeting ID, and 141912 as the passcode.

Those who wish to address the Board during public comments should sign up in advance to do so. You may sign up by calling Frangie Mungo, Clerk to the Board, at (252) 641-7834 no later than Tuesday, September 7^th at 5 PM.  

The public is also encouraged to submit public comments via email to publiccomments@edgecombeco.com by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 7, 2021.  Public comments may also be submitted by mail addressed to Frangie Mungo, Clerk to the Board, P.O. Box 10, Tarboro, NC 27886.  All public comments received by 5:00 p.m. on September 7^th will be read at the meeting.
